Voyager

This cutting board wouldn’t be misplaced if it was at the top of a flag poll waving in the wind on a ship, inheriting the name the name Voyager.

Creating this design had its own set of problems, cutting the thin strips of Black Walnut engrain and Eastern Maple was difficult. Cutting them was easy, cutting them so thin and one not being more then .3mm off took a few dozen try’s, this high of a tolerance is nessassery when cutting so thin, any higher and it would be extremely noticeable and throwing off the over all look, making it look oddly shaped

Each cutting board is finished with locally sourced beeswax, making it food safe with a beautiful finish. The cutting board should be re-oiled with mineral oil after each use.
